Single notification to a certain contact

Hi Guys,

I have a contact who I only ever want to get a single notification of an alert and then the recovery notification also. However there will be other contacts for the same host/service who I would want to get notifcations on the normal intervals.

Is there a way to achieve this - without multiple checks?

You can use an escalation setting the notification_interval for the escalation to 0. This will just send the 1 notification
