Notification delivery

I just moved up to XI and am confused on this. Under Core, when I set notifications, any warnings went to email and all Critical alerts went to our phones and also email. Under XI, how is this handled? Is there something that I need to setup differently to have warnings go to email (or phone if someone wanted) and critical go to phone (and also email if wanted).
Thanks,
Ed

Under XI opposed to Core, there are now contact notifications and XI user notifications. These are handled separately by different notification commands. If you have notifications set for users, I would suggest looking at each users notification preferences under the admin menus.

Okay, before I looked under Admin, I received some different alerts. When I looked under "Admin", service notifications was unchecked. I must have a ghost or something here. So what I am reading here is that I need to go under each Host/Service and enable notifications, select users/user groups? I have over 625 hosts and close to 2500 services that I am monitoring.

You can use the bulk modifications tool (under the CCM --> tools) to enable notifications in bulk.

The bulk tool is something I have to add on?

You can "demo" the enterprise version to get access to the tool for 30 days, which is long enough for you to make these changes.
