I am running Nagios XI on VM
If i try to delete any host i get error message that i can not delete and try to delete from core
Also from Core i get error that i can not delete the host

What is the exact error? Is this host still associated with any hostgroups/servicegroups?

Try deleting the services that are dependent on this host. Then you should be able to delete the host.

deepakitkar is correct, let us know if you still cannot delete them. You must remove dependencies before removing configuration files attached to them.
