cannot see maps

hi,

i am a new user and please forgive me if i posted my question in wrong forum.

i came across a problem that some of my users cannot see all the maps that are already defined.

no changes has been made to the config or maps but still some users has the issues as they can only see few maps and rest

are inaccessible or completely hidden.

after replacing the backup config file with the main one it starts working but next day the problem was same.

any help will be appriciated.

What types of maps are we talking about?

these are the maps for network devices like switches/routers/accesspoints and is an office visio format.

my nagvis is with opsview.

so i can see device status as up/down.

i am not 100 % sure about the version

but its nagios core.

Ok, I am moving this to the Core forum, but if it is NAgvis related, you may get better traction on the NagVis site
