I have a serious problem following

insert all hosts
insert all services ecc

everything ok for some time

the resources then disappear services

this problem is extremely serious because it allows the use of nagios in my company

Besides, if I open the nagios core point if the nagios nagioxi and not everything works as a web page

I hope there is a solution or explanation to the problem because my superiors are waiting to see the nagiosxi bought the licensed function

I don't really understand what you're saying, but hopefully we can clarify a bit:

the resources then disappear services

So, are you saying the services vanish at random? Both from the status views and the Core Config Manager?

Are you saying the pages are returning HTTP errors?
Can you provide some logs and/or screenshots to better explain what you're experiencing?

How s this insert performed? If you alter the Nagios Core config files directly on a NagiosXI install, then this will happen.

Steps had installed OS RH 5.5
Created directory / tmp / xi
Located in the directory fiel nagiosxi
unzip tar nagiosxi xi-2009r1.3e.tar
Installation all ok
After installation by the book I checked out the webpage to reach localhost with his services
I have used the tool php pre-import to import my configuration files command, miscommand, host, hostgroups, contacts, contacgroups, services, servicesgroups, timeperiod, template

After
I imported the modified files with the web page
I have checked all the configuration was visible all ok
then I continued the important plugins with ssh
delete localhosts's services

At first I had all the services then I found this situation

In summary the nagiosxi see all services 2731
If I search some of these I can not see them
In the nagios core servicegroups are all visible

There are services for server CONCENI

So I get this result means that the data are I just do not understand maybe you lose in web
