We required traffic analyses of link with following parameter
1. Host base traffic utilization.
2.Protocol base utilization
3.Application base utilization

Can you clarify what exactly you are looking to monitor? These seem like rather generic terms, a number of these sort of metrics can be monitored from the Web Server's log's for example, but we would need to know a few more specifics to help you beyond that.
