Nagsioxi running under a different act

my nagios processes are running under a different account this act is not local but and LDAP acct

how can this be if I run the file perfmission check everything comes back as normal

The permissions on the Nagios XI configuration scripts appear to be okay.
This has most of nagios messed up and alerts not working.
