High Availability Options

Were looking to setup Nagios XI from scratch and want to implement HA. I found several articales on how to HA a Nagios server, but wanted to get with the experts the pros and cons for some of the more popular options. You can skip the ones that you don't recommend at all. Thank you very much in advance.
Running RHEL 6.x x64 for Nagio XI latest version
We will have two Bare Metal Servers located in two differant buildings. (It might be possable for us to use a dedicated fiber line to connect the two servers, but we might have to go over the LAN at 10GB max)
I didn't see these options in the High Availability Options PDF file and wanted to see if this is a reliable solution and if you guys can support it or would you recommmend some other option, etc... (Pros and Cons)
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/download/ ... sHA_EN.pdf

This is Nagios XI recommended Options, we would be leaning toward Option 2 – Open Source Solutions. (Pros and Cons)

Last, this is a paid version from Redhat, I wasn't sure if you had any customers using this option and if you guys like this product or not. (Pros and Cons)

Any other HA options that you would recommend would be greatly appreciated. Free or paid services...
Thank you,
Don
