Unable to monitoring IMAP, Messages Pending Routing, OWA HTTPS, SMTP, POP services in Windows Exchange Server.
Kindly suggest.

Have you taken a look at the Exchange Server wizard from the following list:

Configure > Monitoring Wizards > "Wizard's name"
