Ticket and Phone Options

Ticket and phone support are two separate levels of paid support offered by Nagios Enterprises.

Ticket based support is provided via our Support Center help desk system. If the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner using a ticket, we will be able to provide a remote support session via a GoToAssist or WebEx session.

Phone support is an additional charge to ticket support and immediately connects you with a support technician. It is still advised to open a ticket to go through your basic request/problem first before calling, as it ensures the right support technician can be available for you.
