Hi All,
I am a nagios xi admin user+contact and whenever sending the test mail from admin->manage email settings->send test mail, i am able to get immediately but when trying to send an test notification from notification options-> send test notification not getting any test notification .
I have double check the notification method and notification preference to check and update the enable notification and notification method to email
But in the nagios UI it is showing test notification was sent.. like below .
ADDRESSES Array ( [0] => Array ( [name] => [email] => [email protected] ) )
Send Test Notifications
A test email notification was sent to [email protected]
Click the button below to send test notifications to your email and/or mobile phone.
Email notifications will be sent to: [email protected]
Please anyone suggest me what other things i need to check or modify or what is the cause of this issues ?
Thanks in advance...

Do you use an smtp relay? Are you trying to send to same email address in both cases?

Re: Getting Test Mail but not Test Notification
Well, email is definitely being sent and is definitely accepted by the relay. If you are not receiving it, then it is most likely getting filtered on the relay. I would talk to your email admins.
