Reports data
Where does the availability report get its data? I thought it would be from the database of ndo database where I am keeping state history for 100 days, but it seems to be coming from /usr/local/nagios/var/archives/. I ask, as I have a cron that deleted logs from that folder as needed as it is a very...

Re: Weird entries in audit log
Oh wow, haven't updated signature in quite some time. It is RPM install as it was the offline installation.

Re: Weird entries in audit log
Only thing really run is dnf upgrade -y
We search longer back in the audit log and we see this happening in July, August, Sept and November..all on different dates that do not line up with the OS patches and no RFC.

Re: Weird entries in audit log
No, there were no logins to XI that day, nothing was done, that's why it is baffling.

Re: Weird entries in audit log
Jason, nope. And I am aware how the import works, have used it many time, not sure why all those files would have been in that folder to begin with. But there wasn't even any login to Nagios that day nor the previous few days.

Weird entries in audit log

While reconciling Novembers, we can't figure out what these entries are for, and why they showed up.... Audit log.png Nobody was performing a change at that time, it looks like in the early afternoo...

Re: Upgrade not working?
There might have been an opportunity to communicate our distribution support better. I agree that it would be frustrating to find out our stance after the upgrade itself failed. We dropped support for all EL7 distributions when CentOS 7 hit end of life at the end of last month. It's true that IBM/R...

Re: Upgrade not working?
t's true that IBM/RH introduced a new support period for RHEL 7, but we made the decision not to follow that path for our product. The intention was to allow upgrades to work until 2024R1.1.5 and to officially remove support for EL7 in 2024R1.2. Then why isn't 1.1.5 upgrading for us on Linux 7? I a...

Re: Upgrade not working?
I don't see anything in the changelog about deprecating Linux 7 for XI yet, so if true, grrr. Its still technically supported until 2028: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 reached End of Maintenance (EOM) on June 30, 2024, and will reach End of Life (EOL) when Extended Life Cycle Support (ELS) ends ...
