How can I download the 5.6.3 version? Can I uninstall the current 5.8.3 and install 5.6.3 or do I have to format the server and start over?

Monitoring # of session on a windows host
Is it possible to monitor the number of connections occurring on a windows host?
Not just terminal service sessions but all established connections. What plugin would I use for that?

There are 8 services starting with _ all the way to _10 so that isn't a problem.
