Hi,
I tracked "Notifications" last weekends, it looks like they are shown up properly now.
I did not change anything, except "Warnings" Notification Options, which I on/off to figure out if the system works as expected.
I will track it for while and let you know.

Finally, I have found the issue source. The problem was, one of "CPU Usage" services in "Service Management > Managed Hosts" had asterisks (*) sign instead of it's name. It masked all assigned host for this service. But, it is hard to find such issue if there more than 200 hosts ...

So, sudo user is working for NCPA installing as expected. We installed the agent on CentOS machines and can monitor them via Nagios now. We can close this post now. Thank you.
