thanks for the clarification there. I really love the product, but the Admin team have reduced our budget such that we have to cut quite a few of our projects. Hopefully it's only temporary.

Thanks for the response. I ran those two commands and get either 0 or 2 at various times.

I've enabled the logging and increased the timeout and will wait to see if the problem reoccurs.
