Hi Benjamin,
thanks for the clarification there. I really love the product, but the Admin team have reduced our budget such that we have to cut quite a few of our projects. Hopefully it's only temporary.
Regards,
Chris.

Reverting to core
Hi All, we've been a long time nagiosxi user, but due to budgetary constraints we need to move back to core. I have read that there doesn't appear to be an easy way to do this, but that I need to copy the config files from xi and re-install those on a core system. My question is where are the config...

nagvis. how to show % bandwidth
Hi All, I'm slowly building some nagvis maps and have come across an issue with the links. I am monitoring some switches via snmp and when I put those onto the nagvis map I get a data transfer rate, not a percentage of bandwidth use. Attached is the image I'm referring to. I have nagios monitoring t...

Re: still can't access nagvis
Hi ssax, thanks for the response. I made both the changes that were indicated in that document, and I ended up right back where I started, with You are not permitted to access this page (Overview/view/). So I removed the second of the changes on the page, and just used the first one mentioned, and n...

Re: still can't access nagvis
Hi ssax, thanks for the response. I did all that, which seemed to work ok. When I login I get a page with Map Index and Rotation Pools. However, when I click any of the "demo" maps I get the following error. All the other pages appear to work ok but none of the demo maps will open. Cheers,...

still can't access nagvis
Hello Support, ever since I created a new Ubuntu 20.04 and upgraded to 5.7 I have been unable to access nagvis. After being told late July that 5.7.3 would fix my issue, today I've upgraded to 5.7.3 and still no joy. Whenever I click on nagvis from the homepage menu, all I get is You are not permitt...

Re: 5.7.2 switch bandwidth periodically stops logging
Hi Benjaminsmith,
Thanks for the response. I ran those two commands and get either 0 or 2 at various times.
I've enabled the logging and increased the timeout and will wait to see if the problem reoccurs.
Cheers,
Chris.

5.7.2 switch bandwidth periodically stops logging
Hi All, I recently built a brand new server (Ubuntu 20.04) and installed 5.7.1, since upgraded to 5.7.2 I have noticed on two occasions over the past 2 weeks that the services that monitor switch link bandwidth stop logging. A check of their values is 0.0 and the graphs display either gaps or a mess...
