I added the following environment variables to the /etc/init.d/nagios and /etc/init.d/nagiosxi scripts, restart and now all works again. I have updated the DBD::Oracle driver and the client and all is working..... export ORACLE_BASE=..... export ORACLE_HOME=.... export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.... Cheers An...

Hi, Urgent question, I had to update the oracle instant client being used and now I am getting: (Return code of 9 is out of bounds) for all my oracle checks. NagiosXI 2011 - Centos 5.5 64bit and upgrade/migration

Hi, Just wondering I am looking at upgrading our system to the latest version. Can you please confirm if Centos 5.5 64bit is supported? or is only 32bit supported. Another question, I noticed patches being mentioned in posts. Just wondering are these patches available from specific download location...

Yes that seem to be the fix.
It is now much better.
I am seeing something different with the performance graphs, but will open a new thread for that.

Hi, I am still having problems with the services/hosts configuration sync status showing up as "Out of Sync" when I apply the configuration. Strange thing is I added a few extra service/host checks yesterday that is today stating sync status is "Synced", so there seem to be time ...

npcd process was not running, restarted that now, looks like it might be loading all the performance data.
Will run for a while over 15K files in ../var/spool/perfdata/

I will see what I can do regarding access for you.
Just noticed that the performance data is not loading into the graphs, the rrd databases are not being updated.....
Just lost 3 days performance data..... or can it be reloaded?
Busy working through logs and see if I can find out what is going on.

Hi, Another issue that started following the update is that if I update services, apply the configuration, the sync status is still "Out of Sync" after I apply the changes. I can see the service is being monitored etc, but the "Out of Sync" status does not go away. Any ideas? I h...
