The operations center page seems useful with sound alerts and filters. But the sound alert preferences don't seem to persist between visits to the page.

Hey danielsj1 Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue for 5.11.2 if the account attempting to acknowledge an issue doesn't have a ccm contact correlated to it. This will be fixed in 5.11.3. In the meantime if you would like to fix it you can replace your status-object-detail.inc.php file...
