I did all of that , now where can I find the design or layout of the network that I added .

Hi Ok, you can add a hosts parent by going to Configure -> CCM -> Hosts Select host you want to add a parent for Click Manage Parents Select the parent of this host Click Close Save Apply configuration I selected the host but iam not seeing manage parents , can you guide me on where to find it .

Yes iam referring to adding parent hosts so that they show up on the map .

I change the email to my email address also I used my username instead of the one that has ! and still no luck .
Iam using version 5.6.0 is there any bug on this new release .

I went to configure then core configure manager , I created new host and I select host then new host .
On check command I select check host alive and I shutdown the host .
I can see from the console the host is down but no notifications again .

I turn the server down for 5 minutes I also change the email to [email protected].
still I did not receive any email notification .
