We are using the Nagios XI version that we downloaded about a month ago. I think its 5.7.
Also , if you dont mind, how does one use the trial customer support benefit ?

Hi support I need assistance with Nagios XI , we have installed the IBM i support plugin but it seems that the service isnt monitoring 24/7 as it suppose to.
