We get the following error (included in screen shot). This happened about 5 days ago. Nagios says we have 114 hosts down when it's only supposed to be about 13, and when I go to one of the hosts that's not really down, I see that error. Nothing but problems with this product.

To clarify: I add a new user. They get notifications for devices and services. However, when I go to a device and look under alert settings, their contact is not there. So how could they be getting notifications?
