Got the reactivation link, said my account was already reactivated.

but still getting the below error with captcha

issue is not forgot password
issue is captcha

"You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed.
In addition to your username and password the invisible reCAPTCHA v3 will be used to authenticate your session."

after 3 days, its still requiring this.

locked out of matson-itops account. can someone help be regain access?
expecting this to be captured by modorator.

using different account . matson-itops / [email protected].

I do find the host under /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts

I keeps showing back up after a delete/write. I suspect this config is somehow in DB or cached somewhere.
