We had an issue with our LS cluster and now the Backup files and their Indexes are not showing up in the console. The Folder and files exist in its drive host, in the Ubuntu host and the folder is showing as connected in the LS configurations and "snapshots & maintenance" page. it jus...

I can set these SSO accounts to no user and the local pdagent account goes back to just "local". The UI will not let me assign them as a new account and keeps re-associating them with the local "pdagent" account.

I ran web interface based upgrade and it indicates successful upgrade but nothing has changed as far as I can tell. Still indicates version 2026R1.0.1 and update available. What's going on here?
