Backup files missing LS

We had an issue with our LS cluster and now the Backup files and their Indexes are not showing up in the console. The Folder and files exist in its drive host, in the Ubuntu host and the folder is showing as connected in the LS configurations and "snapshots & maintenance" page. it just does not see the actual files
