Hi, we have a test system that will be held accountable for uptime beginning Sept-5. As a test platform, we have obviously been messing about, trying to learn the system. Yup. That's it. Our customers obviously don't like seeing anything that says "Problem Detected". Hence, spinning sign of death. Also, whenever someone logs into the GUI, there is a message that pops up stating that Nagios was unable to update. When you click on the message, it takes you to...

Yeah, did that first. Still shows the spinning stop sign of death on the bottom right of all the pages.
Also, I changed "check_for_updates" in the nagios.cfg from a "1" to a "0". No dice.
Anything else to try?

"The last update check failed"
Hi, I have an offline install of Nagios XI (2011R2.2) that I built from scratch. Everytime I login it says "The last update check failed", obviously because I'm offline. Is there a bit I can set to disable this?
