Okay, so it seems like it is never exiting, this could be a fairly simple fix. It sounds like the developer of the plugin does respond to emails fairly quickly, I suggest you use his contact information from the plugin/exchange page. i tried and it's the same of root user, the check is working but itsn't stopping and i have to presse CTRL + C for return in imput mode in the cli.

Sending e-mail from hostname localhost.localdomain?

My Nagios Xi when i try to send a test notification it works and it send me a mail with the correct hostname, but when the nagios send me a normal notification it send by the hostname localhost.localdomain and with this i can't recevie the notification...

Anyone can help me?

I think you are going to need to do a bit of investigating as to which processes are using the CPU on your system. You are running with about 1/2 the resources recommended for that many hosts/services if you are checking them on a 5 minute interval http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/docs/N...
