perfect, that was it. Modify date was 4 days older than the other, which was about when the service showed up. We are seeing the same issue. Our DBA has had to go change the slash to make the checks work.

We are evaluating XI, and would also like to see 1 login for both front end and the CCM. Barring that, CCM being pointed to AD so we can keep our SSO intact. As you stated, I'll visit the tracker and put in a request.
