Re: Service Dependency Mapping
That is correct. I've been playing in NagVis but it feels laborious, which is fine if there is not another good option.

Service Dependency Mapping
We are looking to pull in some dependency mapping much lime you can custom build in NagVis. However, initially it seems like a challenge to get configured particularly to auto add and remove services in a map based on service checks within. What is everybody using to create these? Is NagVis our best...

Re: check_http -S command since upgrade 2012R2.8
Upgrading OpenSSL on the Solaris box we are checking is not an option right now. Do you know if there is a way to downgrade the OpenSSL on the CentOS that nagios runs on? If not we will have to hold off on upgrading until the Solaris box can run a compatible OpenSSL (or work on a different type of c...

Re: check_http -S command since upgrade 2012R2.8
The Solaris box we are checking is running OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004 (+ security patches to 2006-09-29)
I guess it is running an OpenSSL. I'll work on getting that updated and post the results. Stand by

Re: check_http -S command since upgrade 2012R2.8
The system running the service we are checking is Solaris 10 (without OpenSSL). Our Nagios XI instance has the most up to date OpenSSL running CentOS 6.2.
These are the only ones we are having issues with. All other secure checks work but they are all standard 443 ports.

Non standard only. The 443 ports are continuing to function correctly.

Re: check_http -S command since upgrade 2012R2.8
I updated the working environment's openSSL to match the 2012R2.9 enviroment's openSSL. That caused our checks to break. 2012R2.7 running openssl.x86_64 0:1.0.1e-16.el6_5.4 causes the check to fail. They work with openssl.x86_64 1.0.0-27.el6_4.2

Re: check_http -S command since upgrade 2012R2.8
Here is the verbose entry as well as another SSL check. We are working to see if it will function if we change the port on the non working command is running on from 9602 to 443. I'll let you know how it goes. HTTP OK: HTTP/1.1 200 OK - 3843 bytes in 0.009 second response time |time=0.009187s;5.0000...
