When I log in as nagiosadmin or new account the report run correctly, but when I use old account it doesn't
So we edit and save user account.

since we migrate to version nagiosxi 2014R2.3 authentication using active directory is not working .
There 's no log that indicates a problem.
The component "Active Directory Integration" is Version 0.3

Active directory is ok
