I had upgraded to plugins 2.11, I re-installed plugins 2.03 just now and that issue is fixed. I have 2 systems, 1 a production system running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and Nagios 4.08 and the other test system which is running the new 4.1 which we have been talking about.
