I want to migrate my NagiosXI to different IP.
When I tried to activate my license again, it said reached to maximum usage.
Is that possible I can deactivate from my previous NagiosXI and activate a new IP?

Yes, as mentioned, you can use the SNMP wizard. You don't need to look for a wizard that is named specifically after a device which you wish to check via SNMP.
