We are a customer, but we didn't renew email support for XI. We did purchase the following though :
XIMAINT-UNLIMITED
XI-ENT-RENEW-1Y
NA-UNL-MSP-1Y
We do have email support for our Nagios Network Analyzer though. When I tried to email it was automatically rejected.

I'm logged in as myself, but we have tried from every user account setup including the nagios admin. All of them show the same results.

This happens on all hosts and services. For instance, we have host SPLP65 and service Printer Status (attached). When I try to use the "commit" button to acknowledge the problem, it just brings me to that blank screen. If I go to the email alert and click on the link, I can acknowledge it....

We are able to acknowlege problems by clicking the link in the email alert we receive. Still not able to get past the "Commit" button when acknowledging through the webpage.

I had just tried to acknolwedge a problem prior to getting the tail of this error log this morning, but the most recent events are from yesterday afternoon. When I click Schedule Immediate Check, it process successfully. All status icons are green. Not using SSL on server.

Cannot Acknowledge Problems
We have just upgraded to Nagios XI 2014 R1.0. We have got everything working again except when we click the "Commit" button under "Acknowledge this problem", it just goes to a white screen and doe not keep the acknowledgement. Has anyone else seen this?
