I am sending our objects.cache as an attachment. I have removed contact names but the rest is all there.
I have ndoutils running as well.
Our system is processing 280 hosts and 913 services.

No I can't install but I now comprehend that the issue is in the NSClient version.
Anyway I got a workaround by concatenating the output and the longoutput. It's working.
