To add on to it:
I am quite sure that using solely Nagios Core I can configure a CM system like, puppet or ansible, to write the config files and they will write it all but then the issue is as far as I know Nagios Xi doesn't use those config files. They have to be imported, correct?

Re: Adding similar hosts en masse
Unfortunately no. I have used the referenced article and it works as designed, what I am unable to do using that document is say: - A new POD of servers are coming online. - That POD will look exactly the same in structure as any other pod that is already in monitoring. - Each POD uses a VPN tunnel ...

Adding similar hosts en masse
Not sure that this is the correct place for this but I figured I will start here before moving on to any other part of the support forums. Is there a way to apply configuration of pods of hosts? For example if I am using a non distributed setup of Nagios XI, but had the intent of monitoring pods of ...

Users that I have attempted to acknowledge are all AD Users.
Attached below is the screenshot of the preferences for the same user used in previous screenshots.

Re: Acknowledgments aren't working
The "problem user" is any user.
But as requested I have included a screenshot of my own admin user in the system.

Re: Acknowledgments aren't working
Thank you for posting a link to the changelogs. After successfully upgrading to 5.2.5, I have attempted to schedule downtime for a host and am still receiving the same error as I have been pre-upgrade to 5.2.5. I have included a screenshot of the screen with the error message. 123.PNG Also please no...

Re: Acknowledgments aren't working
No I haven't tried updating as of yet. That release was just made available today according to the system. Do you have the change logs for it?

Re: Acknowledgments aren't working
Date format in Admin -> User defaults is MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS
And the fix mentioned fixes both issues, and not just the Downtime issues?

Acknowledgments aren't working
Nagios XI 5.2.3 Centos 6.6 (VM Image) When trying to acknowledge a host or service problem when looking at the respective detail, the acknowledgment does not stick or take at all. However, when you go to the Mass Acknowledge menu option and do for the same service or host, the system accepts it from...
