Why does Nagios report memory of 26639.72 when only 163840 is assigned to a VM of the 163840, 4096 is reserved

Can time periods be adjusted thru the nagios xi gui. I have created a monday thru sunday time periods 00:00-10:00,11:00-24:00 but want to change it to 00:00-10:00,13:00-2400
do I have to delete each day and re-enter?

How to have an alert not send a notification during a certain time period every day i.e. High CPU between 4am to 6am since it is know time when a process runs which CPU is expected to be high
