Oh, my mistake as you meant for me to go into the NagVis user menu and not the Nagios user menu (I can see more clearly after my first cup of coffee). My user is an admin on both systems. I even deleted my account and recreated as admin on the production system and I still can't see any of the NagVis menus (other than 'Open' which does nothing when I click on it).

Yes that worked on the production system but we do not use this account for anything other than system administration. We use our individual accounts for everything. It works fine on our test system with our individual accounts. Is there a way to correct this in the production system?

Also, we actually pay for our Nagios XI but I can't post on the Customer support Forums. Is there a way to move this request over? And how do I get access to the customer support forums?

Yes, I'm logged in as an admin. On both our servers we use LDAP to authenticate users. There is no difference between the two when it comes to authentication but yet it works on the test system and not the production system.
