want to integrate nagiosxi alert with a ticketing system known as oneFM. can you suggest possible way available with Xi to achieve it ?

SNMP is over UDP so the packets could be getting lost somewhere. Are there any firewalls or other devices between XI and the remote host that may be dropping these? After Restarting the all the service, bulk of old alarms appears on the operation center window & i have mass acknowledge them again.
