It looks like there is a problem with a hostgroup you have created. Try editing and saving one of your hostgroups AND then try the Check configuration file. It was not active , I just make it active and now I am able to see the host in console.

but now again one more service is not showing in console for a server.

Any idea what should be the firewall port need to be opened in between a newly configured Ip range and Nagios server.

I have 4 options i.e Write monitoring data
Write additional data
Check configuration files
Restart Nagios

I am unable to find the option write configuration files
Please let me know if I need to use anything from the above 4 options

We have added the servers in the new ip range in core configuration manager as add anew host.

In CCM it shows the server is Sync but in Nagios monitoring console I am unable to find the server.
