Hi,

I am running Nagios XI 2011R1.5.

I have a host which is down (offonline).

I have disabled host notifications for the host, and set the Acknowledgements for the alert but it is still emailng me the notifications.

What is the problem here? How can I fix this?

Hi,

I am running Nagios XI 2011R1.5.

I have delete 3 host from the Core Config Manager and applied the setting.

However, they are still appearing Host list.

Hope can I fixed this problem?

OK I have tired the following and it not doing what I want it to do. %hostalias% gives me the host name of the item. But I want to add the description info all my host into the email Notification Messages. please see attached screen shoot. How can I do this? There don't seems to be a Variable for it...
