Re: Network Defaults
I understand. Why is the label still wrong after all these years? is my question.

Re: Network Defaults
Thank you. Will give it a shot. Quick question though. Why, if it is that simple to change, has the interface been reading Bytes/Sec instead of bits/sec if that is truly what is being displayed?

Re: Network Defaults
Well as the network engineer I am interested in throughput typically measured as bps (Mbps Gbps etc.) . I would like the default view to be in bit/sec. The graph defaults to Bytes. Not a huge issue but a hassle to toggle to Bytes/Sec. Also the graph seems to be in bits/sec but the radio button label...

Re: Network Defaults
Ok...that fixes the linear default ...Many thanks. Is there an edit to force bytes/sec as default as opposed to just bytes?

I was wondering if there was a way to default the sources summary view to use linear and bytes/sec? While on that topic, I noticed back in 2014 the issue about speed being shown in bytes/sec should be labelled bit/sec but 3+ years later it has been changed. Any idea when that will occur?

Remove local logs
My Dashboard is flooded with 127.0.0.1. Is there a way to redirect the NagiosLS logs somewhere else?

limit user host and services by contact group
I see that there is a mechanism to limit user access by linking a host to a contact. How do I do this with a contact group? I can't seem to make it work.

Re: check_disk_smb
I appreciate your position, but I seem to be stuck. I setup my Nagios as the virtual appliance provided by your company. I have updated to 6.9. SMB2 and SMB3 are still not working, and, according to my research, there is no safe way to upgrade to the Centos 7 you say I need to support what I am doin...

Re: check_disk_smb
Hmmm It show Version 3.6.23-36.el6_8....but I did a yum update on samba-client but it only took me to 3.6.23-43.
Is there a different way to upgrade it?
