Hello,
Is there a way to remove the nagios XI logo on the top left corner of the home page and replace it with our company logo?
I would also like to avoid having the "Access Nagios XI" page pop up when first accessing NagiosXI. Any way around that?
Thanks,

Notifications not being sent out
Hello, I had an issue over the weekend where one of our devices had gone down for 3 hours but we were not notified about it. We do not have the notifications muted and we do have the host and services enabled to be sent to the administrators. This issue does not happen often, but when it does, we ar...

Service History vanishing after service name change
Hello, The issue I am currently having is when I change the name of a service I am currently monitoring and the history of that service vanishes for me. Delaying Notifications on frequently flapping hosts
Hello, For our setup we currently have 3 hosts that are connected to our Nagios XI Server through the cellular network. The issue we are having with them is that the notifications of them being down due to connection timeout is being quickly followed by a notification that it is back up only a few m...

Editing comments for hosts and services
Hello, Is it possible to have an edit in a comment once it is posted? We are trying to edit the time stamp that it assigns. The purpose of this is that if a host or a service goes down within nagios, we then report it and document it outside of nagios to their appropriate places. We would like to ha...

Sending notifications to multiple emails under one account
Hi,
We had a customer that wanted to have their notifications go to multiple emails but have all of them under one single Nagios XI Company account. Is this possible to do with the standard XI license? If so, how would I go about to do this?
Thanks,

Re: Performance Graph for Services
hmm ok. Here is what I got: I entered these and their returns are right below ls /usr/local/nagios/var/spool/perfdata/ | wc -l 3 ls /usr/local/nagios/var/spool/xidpe/ | wc -l 0 Since it was not anywhere near 20000 like the document had stated, I did not go farther into the document. I figured these ...
