_ Plugin timed out after 10 seconds

Performance Data retention period
Dear Sir,
2 questions regarding performance data.
1) How long does the performance data be kept in XI? Is there a way to adjust?
2) Where is performance data stored? Our user ask for raw data. How can I dump out the raw data?
Thanks.
