Doctor, We can not shutdown Access Control, so doesn't that mean the Nagios is unusable is a secure Environment? What happens if we do everything manually using /usr/local/nasiosxi/scripts to apply configurations and other product updates? Will that work, if not what suggestion do you have to work a...

We are running Access Control for security on all our servers. When we make changes to nagios and attempt to run Apply Configuration we always get errors -- See attached file.

Can we please keep it open for another few days I would like to try https://github.com/Sarek/check_java which you recommended.

Due to our high security we can not hit the internet for a yum client install or put a c complier on every client so is there a way to install NRPE using RMP.

All,

I changed the password for ndoutils in the ndo2db.cfg file because the original one did not work. The services are being inserted into the Nagios database and seem to be working. Everything is being done from the NagiosXI console.
