We get an error saying "possible permissions" as the reason....where can we look to see exaclty why it fails?

All good now....I upgraded the current server...added the instance...then upgraded the instance...thanks!

It's a brand new install and would be the first additional instance added to our current log server....the cluster status is yellow

I'm getting the same thing...we just purchased a month ago.....what was the resolution.....our license key is valid.

We're running 1.4.4 and we're trying to add an instance......entering the http://<ip address>/nagioslogserver and cluster ID into the new instance. Where can I look to see why it's failing?
