I followed the suggested steps (which I had done before opening the ticket as well) but it doesn't help. Please check the attached mysql log and advise.

Hi,
I was able to sort out the issue because after I "wrote the config" to physical files i was able to see line no. 221 and I could fix the Issue.

Thanks for the response... can i re-install my NagiosXI with my current Lic key in the event of server crash? or whether it is going to give me free - 7 node - locked system?
I take regular backup of my NagiosXI using the backup script.
