Can't Access Customer Support Forum

I need support with something my boss asked me to learn how to configure on Nagios XI, and I can't post on the Customer Support forums for XI, who can I ask for the thread to be unlocked for me?

As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
