We are unable to install check_mysql_health. Please provide us the steps or guide to do the needful.

You probably want to use the instructions with the plugin and post what trouble you're having.

That plugin isn't owned or produced by Nagios, you'll need to contact the script author for help. However, I was able to use the check_mysql plugin which came with Ubuntu to monitor my MySQL, no problems.

By the way, I don't work for Nagios. Just a user like you.
