Change open problems filter

Post by mbanfi »

Dear,

I' m trying, with no luck, to change the filter in the open problems page, by default is :

Filters: Host=Up Service=Warning,Unknown,Critical,Not Acknowledged,Not In Downtime

I would also to add the "Host=Down". In this way I can see down hosts and services in a unique windows.

Thank you

I'm a bit confused here. When you say you would "also" like to add down hosts to the list, are you saying you want UP and DOWN both? In the second half of your statement you say you just want to see down hosts and services. At any rate, you can clear the filters by clicking the grey X next to the listed filters, and apply new ones by clicking the corresponding numbers in the top-right display boxes:

Yes I want to see all the problems occuring, so both the host down and the host up but with services down.

If you just click the grey X and then the number under "Problems" in the Service Status Summary box it should give you what you want.

Partially because in this way I can not see the hosts down without services, thank you anyway for your suggestion.

The Operations Center link on the left should show you all problems regardless of their host/service relationship.
