Hourglass after upgrade to XI 2014R1.1 for non admin users

Hi,

After upgrade from 2012R2.8b to 2014R1.1 an hourglass is showing for non admin users right at the bottom (Information and Alerts icon).
This happens with firefox and IE8. When changing user authority to admin hourglas disappears. When changing back hourglass appears again.

The bug is fixed in the next release of Nagios XI.
