How to upgrade from 2011R1 to 2011R3 ?

I am trying to follow the instruction but the specific download from the version 2011R3 is not working.
Anyone tried this update and it was successful ?
or how I do that ?

Can you define "not working"? The link you'll want is http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... est.tar.gz.

The instructions put this link for me:

I´ve tried with your link and I´m downloading the update right now.
