creating the nested host groups

Hi Team,

Is there any way to create the nested host groups in Nagios ? In the host group summary page we just want to see only the parent host group and when I click the host group, I should see the child groups attached to it but I couldn't see the option to click the parent host group and the summary page is showing the parent and child host groups.

Do we need to change anything in the Nagios configuration to get the above mentioned behavior?

That is not currently an option but I can certainly put in a feature request. Just to confirm, you are looking for a way to see all the top-level hostgroups and then drill down to the children of a specific hostgroup?
